The Detroit Fringe Festival is collaboration by Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts, C-POP Gallery, Cranbrook Academy of Art’s Artist-in-Residence, Elliot Earls and Frank Nemecek filmworks. This extreme and open access performance art presentation will feature such acts as: D Fuse, Causing a Scene, the C-POP satellite Gallery, Elliott Earls “The Saranay Motel”, The Goose Commander, SOLU, MYO’s Garden of Reason from Los Angeles, Pluck from London, Mia Makela aka “SOLU” from Barcelona, and New York’s Electric Dinosaurs along with many more artful surprises.
Detroit’s Fringe Festival will take place over a 30-hour period in and about the Historic Music Hall and along with many unique visual art pieces there will be DJ’s and dancing, a “Green Eggs and Ham” breakfast, talk show, Tella Tubby Twister and Jazzersize, just to name a few of our Fringe benefits!
